Former Tennessee Attorney General PAUL SUMMERS

Paul Summers has served as Tennessee Attorney General, Senior Status Judge, Justice on the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals, District Attorney General, defense attorney and JAG Officer.
General Summers visits The Investigator to discuss death penalty cases and why the execution process takes so long. As State Attorney General, Paul was the ultimate prosecutor of murderer Robert Glen Coe who was the first person executed in Tennessee in over four decades.
