Gary joined Steve Bowers and me (Jim Leach) years ago to discuss the problem of illegal drugs. S/A Azbill brings a broad range of experience in narcotics investigations to the table. It s interesting to listen to our discussion in 2016 and compare it to what we see now.
Sadly, Gary passed on. We lost a great officer and an even greater friend. RIP brother.
