SCOTUS AND POLICE LIABILITY (4/25/22)

Should an officer be held civilly liable for not advising a person of their right to silence under the Miranda ruling?
The Supreme Court is considering that serious question and this is just one example of the importance of having an independent Supreme Court. Those who advocate changing the number of Supreme Court Justices are trying to politically manipulate the Supreme Court.  It's known as “court packing”.
